The pepper pot stew and curried shrimp are also fresh and delicious. Seafood lovers will want to try the fish steak, which might be mahi mahi, kingfish, barracuda or shark, depending on what the fishermen caught that morning. All the fish can be deep-fried or served with white wine sauce. For dessert, bread pudding and carrot cake are homemade and excellent.
